CPE STAR Nationwide UPS Service - (800) 216-8573

The Critical Power Exchange service and maintenance plans are designed to improve the reliability and maintain the performance of Critical Power, Liebert and other types of power protection systems. The CPE STAR maintenance programs include on-site repairs, parts, all related expenses and 24 hours a day technical support.
CPE STAR - Standard Service Plan
  • Hours of service: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 24/7 Technical Phone Support
  • Includes two (2) Preventative Maintenance visits (per year), parts, on-site service, and travel expenses.
  • The Preventative Maintenance visits are scheduled with the customer and performed between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • The batteries are included in the Preventive Maintenance and have a pro-rated warranty by the battery manufacturer
  • CPE STAR contract is offered up to a five year period with yearly renewals available after the fifth year
CPE STAR - Premier Service Plan
  • Hours of service: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 24/7 Technical Phone Support
  • Includes two (2) Preventative Maintenance visits (per year), parts, on-site service, and travel expenses.
  • The Preventative Maintenance visits are scheduled with the customer and performed between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • The batteries are included in the Preventive Maintenance and have a pro-rated warranty by the battery manufacturer
  • CPE STAR contract is offered up to a five year period with yearly renewals available after the fifth year
